Cancellation Policy

• Cancel up to 30 days before arrival for a full refund.

• Cancel between 14–29 days before arrival and receive a 50% refund.

• Unfortunately, no refund can be issued for cancellations made 13 days or less before arrival.

Payment

• Once your booking is confirmed, you’ll receive an email with payment instructions (via bank transfer). You may choose to pay in full or make a partial deposit.

• The remaining balance is due no later than 2 months before your arrival date.
